On Wednesday the day began at 08:06 Hours with a dispatch for an accident with entrapment at Union Rd. and Pratts Dam Rd in West Brandywine Twp. Ambulance 144 and Medic 93 were dispatched along with the company and arrived confirming one trapped. Rescue 35 made the response and added Engine 76 (VAFD) for additional manpower.

Crews arrived to the two vehicle accident and began the procedures for removing the drivers side door to allow for the removal of the victim, once this was completed the companies secured the hazards and awaited the investigation to be completed and the vehicles removed from the scene. Fire Police were on hand to direct traffic around the incident scene.

Then at 18:17 hours the company was again alerted with Ambulance 144 and Medic 93 for an accident involving a motorcycle on Rt. 10 at Lammey Rd. Rescue 35, Tac 35 made the response along with 144 & 93 to find a rider down after being struck by another vehicle. Crews assisted EMS and stood by while Fire Police assisted with traffic control at the scene.

Then after training at 22:16 hours a passerby stopped in the firehouse advising of a wires fire in the area of Wagontown Rd. Units checked the area could not locate the pole however power was out in the 400 and 500 blocks of West Kings, PECO was notified and the company cleared the call.
