Today at 14:42 Hours the company along with an Engine from 31 (Sadsburyville) were dispatched to the Moose at 1200 Airport Rd. Reports were indicating they had an odor of something electrical with a light haze in the hall.

Asst. 35 (Patton) arrived first with nothing showing and established the Moose Command, Chief 31 (Grossman) arrived next and was assigned the operations position. The crew from Engine 31-1 and Chief 31 arrived and began to search for the source of the odor and haze. Engine 35 and Rescue 35 made the response along with Engine 44-5 (Westwood) which was dispatched to make up the units that had not responded yet.

As units arrived they were staged to assist in searching for the source which was traced back to an HVAC unit in the attic of the Moose Lodge.

Units cleared after venting the haze and ensuring the unit was secure.

Thanks to Chief Grossman for the pictures.
