Celebrating the 4th of July with the Country Club

Last night July 3rd, the company was invited to stand by for the Coatesville Country Clubs annual fireworks display for the members. Each year the club has an annual fireworks event for the member which draws a large crowd from the community as well. This year was no different.

Joining us this year as in past was the Westwood Fire Company who provided not only EMS support and the use of their ATV should we need to access remote parts of the golf course section where visitors take spots to watch, but they also brought the Rescue to provide additional fire support if needed.

Crews this year worked closely with the West Caln Police to ensure everyone was safe at the event and then crews took their positions for the event.

The Fireworks show kicked off on time at 9:30 pm as promised and was a good half hour show. Members and their families watched and stood by for any events or incidents in which there was none.

Once the show was over, fire police helped clear the crowd and the fire department returned shortly thereafter.

Wagontown would like to thank the Country Club for their partnership and invitation to the event, and we look forward to working with them in September for our annual golf tournament. We would also like to thank the Westwood Fire Company for coming up to assist as well.
