Today, Mr. Jim Gable from the PA American Water Company stopped by to deliver a present. Mr. Gable presented Chief Ziegler and the fire company a check for the grant they offer each year to fire departments as part of their giving back to the community program.

This year the grant will be used to purchase an additional set of Dewalt tools to include new Sawzall’s and Cordless Drills to add to the current capabilities of our Vehicle Rescue Team.

Jim is the former Fire Chief of the Phoenixville Fire Department and knows firsthand how volunteer fire companies rely on donations and contributions to keep moving forward. This being said, Jim is a firm believer in this programs success.

Wagontown provides coverage two very important parts of PA American's daily operations here in the Coatesville area; the first is the Reservoir, which supplies water to Coatesville and the surrounding areas. Next is their water treatment facility located adjacent to the reservoir.

Wagontown would like to thank all of the employees and staff of PA American Water Company, along with Mr. Gable their continued support.
