It was a year ago when the Wagontown Fire Company family suddenly and unexpectedly lost one of our own, Firefighter Chris Brown. Chris was a big part of the fire company operations and for years his unselfish dedication helped make the Wagontown Fire Company the successful, thriving organization it is today.

When not dedicating his time and effort to fire company functions and such, Chris' favorite social activity was bowling. For years, Chris played in many leagues, and on many teams at multiple bowling alleys in the area. When you add Chris' friends in the bowling alleys and the fire service across Chester County the list is long and quite impressive.

In remembrance of Chris there will be a "Bowl in Remembrance of Chris Brown" event held in his honor.
