Tonight at 16:21 hours the Company was dispatched along with Stations 44, 49, 31, Engine 76 and Ladder 41 to the 100 block of Meadow View Dr in the village of Wagontown for the reported house fire. Chester County Communications was advising of a fire on the back porch. Engine 35 arrived first pulling up the driveway and lead off with a handline quickly containing and knocking down the fire on the back porch.

Rescue 35, Engine 76, Ladder 41 and Engine 44-5 arrived next and sent their manpower forward to check the balance of the residence for any extension. Having found none the assignment was scaled back to the unit’s onscene to finish the overhaul of the fire area.

Once final extinguishment was completed the companies were released.
