| On Sunday evening at 19:07 hours the company was alerted to assist Station 49 in the unit block of Ottawa Lane in West Brandywine. Chief 35 arrived with smoke showing and crews worked to determine the location of the fire. Crews quickly found the fire in the bathroom and extinguished the fire and then opened up to ensure there was no further extension. Engine & Tanker 35 made the response and crews then assisted with returning the 49 engine back to service prior to being released.
