Water rescue training at Hibernia

On Monday evening the crews headed over to Hibernia Lake for some training, crews ran the boat and ensured all equipment was in working order. Then as crews refreshed on boat operations other members reviewed and practiced shore based rescue operations. Crews used the new throw bags that replaced older worn bags and various other methods we carry on the boat trailer. Wagontown has a number of members who make up our water rescue team and training help keep their skills sharp.
