On Thursday at 11:35 hours the Company was dispatched with Engine 31 (Sadsburyville) to the 500 Block of Independence Way in West Caln for a vehicle fire. Asst 31 (Reynolds) leaving the Sadsbury Twp. building reported a working fire. Engine 35 made the response with Engine 31, Rescue 31 and Rescue 44 (Westwood) who was requested as an additional engine.

Crews arrived to find a large front end loader on fire with extension to the surrounding area, crews used numerous handlines to control and extinguish the fire. The Chester County fire marshal's responded to handle the investigation. Crews were in service for 2 and half hours.
