Hibernia Dam Training - Chester County

On Friday several leaders of the West Caln Township Emergency Responders participated in a training exercise involving a storm-related or catastrophic failure of the Dam at Chambers Lake. The training was held at the Chester County Government Services Center in the large training room on the 3rd floor. The Chester County Water Resources Authority held the training as part of a plans review for the Hibernia Dam. Participants were Emergency Management Coordinator Dave Garver, Police Chief Curt Martinez, Fire Chief Michael Reber, and Deputy Fire Chief Todd Ziegler, and Westwood EMS Chief Joe Kennedy.
