On Monday August 14th at 4:06 pm the company was dispatched to assist Westwood on a house fire. Deputy 44 went responding and arrived on scene within seconds and reported a working house fire and requested a second alarm. Engine 35 with a crew of 4 made the response along with Tanker 35 with a crew of two. Crews arrived and were assigned the garage area of the house working to extinguish and eventually assist the fire marshal's and then overhaul the area. Crews worked until being released by Command 44 (Deputy Scott).
