Members had a busy day to start off the month of March. The day started with a vehicle accident on Wagontown Road in the area of Hibernia park. Rescue 35 made the response and arrived to find a vehicle vs a tree with all occupants out. Westwood EMS transported 1 while Wagontown members handled hazards at the scene and assisted Fling's towing with debris removal.

While returning to the station from the first accident, Rescue 35 came across a 2 vehicle accident in the 600 block of West Kings Highway. Assisted again by Westwood EMS, patients were evaluated. Fling's towing once again assisted with removing a vehicle from the roadway and clearing debris.

Later in the evening while members were attending training, units were dispatch to Newlinville Road to assist Station 44(Westwood) with a brush fire. Brush, Utility, and ATV 35 made the response. ATV 35 was used to gain access to a difficult area and crews worked to extinguish the fire.
