On Monday late morning as the snow began to fall, the calls began to come in for the members of the Wagontown Fire Company. The morning started with an accident on Cedar Knoll Rd. There 1 vehicle had slid and rolled over due to the snowy conditions. MICU144 handled the patient while AMB371 handled a 2nd patient that was not directly related to the accident but slipped in the snow at the accident scene.

Numerous fire police requests then came in to close various township and state roads due to the conditions. Road crews were trying their best to open and keep open the roadways and finally about 3 pm the weather broke and the roads starting improving.

Later that evening at 19:57 hours the company was dispatched right down the street from the firehouse for an accident. As night fall drew in the temps dropped and ice formed on the wet roadways. Onscene 1 vehicle had rolled over on the Route 340. Crews responded and once again the driver was out and under the care of MICU144.

Crews cleared the scene about an hour later.
