On Wednesday evening at 19:04 hours while doing our annual SCBA refresher the company was dispatched for an Engine to assist Station 31 on a shed fire on Reel Street in the Pomeroy Heights section of Sadsbury Township. The Engine quickly made a response with a full crew and arrived onscene and took a position on the Washington Lane side of the incident for exposure protection. The crew from 31 had initiated a quick attack and had the fire under control in no time.

Deputy 31 (Brecht) requested that the engine relocate to Sadsburyville to cover them while they operated on the fire. Engine 35 relocated to 31 and was released once they were completed on the shed fire.

Meanwhile back at the station crews had manning for any additional apparatus that may be needed or handle additional calls in our local. Once the engine returned they too completed the annual SCBA refresher.
