says goodbye to a good friend

Today members of the Law
Enforcement, Fire and EMS communities as
well as the public gathered at the
Wagontown Fire Company Volunteers Hall
to say good bye to
K-9 Ricky. Ricky was the
K-9 partner to Chief Curt Martinez of
the West Caln Twp. PD
Ricky was taken from the
Chief suddenly the other week due to an
illness which tore the two apart. Ricky
was a great police dog that had many
commendations throughout his career,
which as Past Chief Mango stated always
kept Chief Martinez and Ricky in the
limelight. The service was attended by
many from all the emergency services,
including
Fellow K-9 units who paid
their respects in a processional past
the memorial set up for Ricky.
Following the services all were invited
to stay for a luncheon which was very
well attended.
God speed Ricky, you will
be missed….. |
