The Boys of the Bering Sea.

Capt.'s Andy and Johnathan Hillstrand and Capt. Sig Hansen were in town today for a book signing.  They were promoting the book Deadliest Catch, Desperate Hours for the Discovery Channel and the book Time Bandit - Two Brothers, the Bering Sea, and One of the World's Deadliest Jobs, written by Andy and Johnathan.  They were also promoting a new video game coming out this month for the Xbox360 called Deadliest Catch, Alaskan Storm.  It can be preordered at EBGames.

They were even funnier in person then they are on the show.  They were very nice and took time to talk to everyone who approached them. 

I gave each of them a patch from the Wagontown Volunteer Fire Company.  I even brought one for Edgar Hansen who was not able to make the book signing. Capt. Andy took Edgar's patch and signed it, he then had the other two captains sign it.  He then gave it back to me. I thought that was a great idea (wish I would have thought of it) and very nice of all of them.
