Early this morning the members of Team Scamuffa and Fire Company members began preparing for the 11th annual car show. Each year Team Scamuffa holds a car show to support the ALS Association, this year was no different. Wagontown is proud to be a community partner with the Team Scamuffa in the fight to defeat ALS.

Wagontown has formed a partnership with Team Scamuffa to make sure this event goes off without a hitch. Members of both teams planned today's events, judged show cars and held various raffles raise funds for the event.

By 10:00 am show cars were already filling the back parking lot of the firehouse and the event was beginning to start. By 11 am the back parking lot was full with cars and attendees. This year was another great year with 100 plus cars participating in the event.

The fire police were kept busy directing traffic, parking cars and helping people cross Route 340 to the parking area. Ladder 41 stopped up and assisted with some aerial photos of the event.

As the day went on, various awards were given and everyone in attendance had a really good time. By 3pm the event had come to an end and the show cars were leaving and clean up was well under way.

Wagontown would like to thank everyone who came out to support this event. And our mutual aid partners for assisting this year, along with continuing each year to make this important event a huge success.
