On Wednesday afternoon at 15:18 Hours the Company along with mutual aid was dispatched to the 1100 block of Manor Rd (Rt. 82) for the reported garage fire. Caller was reporting smoke from the ceiling of the 1 story detached garage.

Companies responded with Chief and Engine 35 arriving onscene first, upon investigation there was a light haze in the garage, Engine 76 arrived 2nd due and assisted with determining the source which ended up being a burnt light ballast.

The balance of the assignment was returned and the Engine 35 & Engine 76 crews removed the light and secured the power and turned the scene over to the home owner.
