Fitness Open House

On Tuesday Sept. 12th the Valley Boot Camp will be at the firehouse in Volunteers Hall providing an open house. This is a fitness program that will be for all levels of training. The program will be designed to give those who need some sort of fitness an opportunity to do so.

Stop in and see what it is all about, there will be raffles, demos and more... We hope to see you all there..
