This weekend the chief's attended the second part of a three part series on Leadership a National Fire Academy class that was held at the Chester County Public Training Center.

The course designed to me more of a management course, provides leaders of the fire service the tools needed to effectively function at the Chief Officer Level.

Chief Ziegler, Deputy Chief Reber and Battalion Chief Yearsley all attended the class, which was led by John DeMarco. Instructor DeMarco in his full time job is a chief of a department that is progressively moving forward which provides some insight into the material being provided.

This class focused more on the Leader positions of the company or department and who knows what the third part has in store for us. But we are looking forward to it.
