Garage Fire in West Brandywine

This morning at 06:35 Hours the company was alerted to assist the East Brandywine Fire Company (49) on a garage fire in the 100 Block of Swinehart Rd. The Chief, Deputy and Engine made the response and arrived onscene to assist the 49 members in fire suppression and ventilation of the nearby exposure residence.
Once the fire was under control and a good water supply was established the Wagontown and Honey Brook units were returned and 49 and 48 units handled the overhaul and mop up.
Wagontown units cleared and began their preparation for today's car show at the firehouse.
